Winning

1) Is there any way to win this game?

Not really. The true ending of the game kills the PC, or at least returns him to his masters. Can you really kill a Warlock?

There are other ways to end the game:

1) Cast the fireball spell. This kills the PC.

2) Decide to give up the dark arts and leave your laboratory through the door.

Easter Eggs

1) I heard there are some Charmed Easter Eggs in this game. Where are they?

There are a few references to the Source throughout the game, and Damias' journal mentions three sisters from the future and the Power of Three. If I ever get around to making my Charmed game, this game would be a sort of prologue to that game.

2) Are there any other Easter Eggs?

The Book of Eibon is an HP Lovecraft reference.
